It is ever so easy to complain about real estate taxes, the city that does this, legislates that...requires you to...does not provide. Each of has a responsibility...moral, ethical...however you wish to frame it....to help determine who the decision makers are in your area. Whether it is the alderman...the mayor, the school board member...make it your priority to know the issues and the candidates...and do what you know you must...take the time to go to the poles and make a difference.
You have no room to complain when you have not taken the time to be a part of the process...a part of the solution to whatever challenges your area faces....JUST DO IT....GO VOTE !

How true; no matter who or what, or way people may stand on a voting platform, it does no good to complain about it if they did not take the time to participate.

It's like my Dad used to say..."Don't complain about your present boss, the next one could be worse". The same can be said for elected officials....can't complain if you don't campaign !
