Relocate to Wisconsin : We are Sooo Excited...Tomorrow we begin our CDPE Training....

 Sometimes, just getting to be in temperatures above zero in Wisconsin is enough to get your heart beating faster and we are doing that being in Palm Beach, Florida to begin our classes as Certified Depressed Property Experts.  We believe that there is no such thing as toooo much education....we have taken other classes....we have taken part in Webinars...we have read articles and books and look forward to Elizabeth Weintraub's new book on Short Sales.

   We have had broker/managers tell us "everyone does short sales....we talked about it in a sales meeting".....OR on the opposite end....there are realtors who have small comprehension of how much time, energy, effort,....and yes...expertise not to just LIST a short sale...But actually CLOSE a short sale...a little different story.

    We know we will be the only ones from Wisconsin at this training....we are proud of that....and glad that we will be able than ever to help home owners who find themselves "upside down" with their mortgage. When we return...we have two more listing appointments for Short Sales....and we are looking forward to what we view as "giving back" to the business that has been good to us.  We are experienced....we are dedicated to learning all we can and giving back all we can to people who really are doing the very best they can given their individual situations.
