- Set financial goals/objectives
The list can continue forever based upon the "coulda, shoulda, woulda" of the past year....what you wished would have happened...what you did when it DID happen,...If you are new to lending, real estate or any other profession and found that survival is too rough for now...don't kick yourself...know that is your life lesson for now...If all you learned was that the pursuit or continuation of a career in__________(fill in the blank) is not where you need to be right now...you have learned a great deal.

I believe that every in the start of a new year. Delaying things until the start of a new week, a new month, or a new year is simply wasting time, what they call procrastination. Don't delay, start today!
