An appraiser called me the other day to talk about another appraiser who had a home that was upsdfie down...they had listed it at tooooo high a price with a discount broker that had no short sale experience to "save money." Oh Yicks.. someone in the real estate industry who clearly has not done their homework on short sales. The seller also told her friend:
- Short sales do more damage to your credit than Foreclosures
NO - Not true -See a credit specialist to get your credit back on track, but Short
Sales are far LESS damaging to credit than foreclosures
- The Seller tried doing it herself and failed
