If you learn nothing else in real estate marketing...no matter what stage of your career you are in, know this...."There is no one medium that works as well as more than one." That does not mean spending zillions of dollars...it does not mean using mega levels of different mediums at the same time...It means crafting a plan that works in YOUR market which may well not be the same as someone else's market.
