Relocate to Wisconsin : Oh Real Estate...How Do We Love Thee...In Oh soooo Many Ways !

Oh Real Estate...How Do We Love Thee...In Oh soooo Many Ways !

Celebrating the month of February thank you to Liz and Bill Spear  we are encouraged to proclaim our love for our

house of heartsprofession.   We always say that for us...it is right up there next to breathing in the list of life !

For many of us, it was not our first career.. for us, it encourages, fosters, allows us to combine other training and careers with how we choose to practice real estate.niche

Having owned a marketing agency in a "former life" our practice works well as that is part of "job description." From choosing the words  and when and where to use them to the graphics, carving out target markets....and niches...it is a perfect fit !

For David, with a background in the trades...the ability to go to a home before we list it and contractorpoint out some of the things that would likely be issues in an inspection has been a valuable asset to our business.

We have a room and extra storage space that is filled with staging materials from bedspreads, towels and floral arrangeeye candyments to pillows and pictures...I get to use some decorating "creative side" to enhance the eye candy of our listings.

Our chosen niche of divorce has given us a lot of different kinds of rewarding experiences.  We are part of a business community that provides services to this niche and we meet, learn and share with each other, enhhancing our practice in different ways. DREAM logoOur DREAM mentoring course has been very rewarding both to us in meeting new people and sharing our expertise and to people who have taken the course and expand their practice as a result.

Among the most rewarding things in our practice is being able to assist Boomerang Buyers who have earned their way back with rebuilding credit aboomerangnd have begun a new life ...to be a part of that "second chance" is just the best...knowing that we in some small way helped to make that new beginning, a reality.  For people who are in real estate because it's "all about the money"...you are missing some of the very best parts in helping people with life changing events.

Thank you Liz and Bill Spear , we can never be reminded enough of how fortunate we are to be a part of industry that we love.  Amen and Women.

I want to talk to you about your divorce niche.  That seems like it would be a perfect fit for me as a lawyer - I just need to understand the pieces that you put into place to make that work.  Is there a time next week that would work for you?

Good morning Sally K. & David L. Hanson Your passion for real estate is evident.  The Boomerang Buyers you talk about must really appreciate your efforts on their behalf.  It can be very hard to come out of a situation and rebuild your life.  Not everyone wants to take the time to help these buyers.  Kudos to you!

Good morning, Sally and David... no one who knows you would doubt your passion for the real estate business! And I'm so impressed by how you focus on difficult niches... divorce, short sales, boomerang buyers.

Good morning, Sally and David -- your passion for this business and for life is clearly evident in your posts, over the phone and I'm sure in practice.   An excellent entry for the contest.

HI Sally K. & David L. Hanson - your passion shines through in this wonderful post. You and David are healers.  During this stressful time you smooth out the bumps. This is something your clients do not soon forget.  I have helped clients with selling homes in estates. This reminds me of what you do. What you do is very special.
