Decisions Decisions... Buyers Weigh Carefully !

 This weekend it was our very great pleasure to take our Buyers out "shopping"...the forth transaction with this family...parents apurple envelopesnd siblings having bought and sold with us ...(love those purple envelopes !) 

     We saw several homes and the choices were narrowed

to two...calls during the showings indicated that there were

offers on both homes and if our buyers wanted to write..

No sleepingthere was no sleeping on the decision...NOW was the time !  For now...with such Thinventory....there is NO Sleeping...just making sound decisions...prepared with approvals...and knowing what things are important.

   The houses were in two different suburbs each offering different attributes and both good choices. We encouraged them to take a breath...and a couple hours to make a list of all the things we had discussed that were important them...and the features unique to each home.  The importance of location and the proximity to their workplaces,  relatives, church and recreation. The condition of the homes ...both were meticulously maintained. What features were appealing....styles were different..Both with prices in their range.   The lists were long ...parents called for "consultation" and let the writing begin ....knowing that there was competition. The offer was strong financially...the closing tailored to the Seller's needs and wants...and the handwritten letter our Buyers thoughtfully crafted about how much they appreciated the care that the Seller had taken of the house and how they looked forward to calling it their home.  Offer signed and emailed and the decision would be made by 10 pm.

      Mrs. Buyer went home and began cleaning and packing to work off her too nervous energy...we went to dinner with friends ...cell phone glued to my hip.

 The Call came...YES !  YES  !  YES !   The house they wanted so much to call home would be theirs !   Our friends are used to being  interrupted now and then with business calls....and we were all happy and a little tearful knowing that someone else had a dream come true. 

Happily Ever After    We made the congratulatory call and the cheers were heard throughout the airwaves there anything more fun than being part of  such a great memory ....a new beginning ...a step forward in life ?  We can't imagine it !
