Relocate to Wisconsin : CAUTION: PLEASE READ - BEWARE of Plastic Drink Bottle on Lawns !!!!!

CAUTION: PLEASE READ - BEWARE of Plastic Drink Bottle on Lawns !!!!!

I read the validation and it is real! Please read and check out the “SNOPES” validation at the bottom of this message

Kids are putting Drano, tin foil, and a little water in plastic drink bottles and capping it up - leaving it on lawns, in mail boxes, in gardens, on driveways etc. just waiting for you to pick it up intending to put it in the rubbish, but you'll never make it!!!

dranoIf the bottle is picked up, and the bottle is shaken even just a little - in about 30 seconds or less it builds up enough gas which then explodes with enough force to remove some your extremities.

The liquid that comes out is boiling hot as well.  Don't pick up any plastic bottles that may be lying in your yards or in the gutter, etc.

Pay attention to this.  A plastic bottle with a cap.  A little Drano.  A little water.  A small piece of foil. Disturb it by moving it; and BOOM!!  No fingers left and other serious effects to your face, eyes, etc.

Sally, this is an important public announcement and I can't even imagine why someone would do this to anyone in their neighborhood.

That sounds like a very dangerous combination.

Good luck and success.

Everything is a video game.  Nothing happens for real.  And people on Facebook are friends.  And college will be free.

And if I see a kid put a bottle on my lawn, or any lawn, he will drink it.

Good morning Sally K. & David L. Hanson ,

So glad Kathy Streib featured this post in her "Ah-Ha" moments for the week! There really are some sick people out there and we have to stay vigilant on our surroundings and what is a joke to some. So sad to see we have to be so careful!

Always read bottle label. Why kids have access to chemicals? Their parents are not supervising?

And right in the snopes information is the "how to" build one.  How stupid. That video should be removed.

Snopes is training would-be terrorists with that video.  Brilliant, especially in light of the tragedies in Brussels and Lahore this week.

Thanks for the heads-up on these potential bombs!
