Sally, we have home inventory but it needs so much updating that it needs corrective pricing!  The ready to move into flies off the shelf at the right price...I hope the potential sellers here you in WI...sell now with the Hansons!

Love the term Thin-Ventory! Many cities across the country are experiencing this! For some it's just the time of year for others it's due to growth..whatever the reason with the low interest rates it's the perfect time to buy now so sellers its time to list your homes!
