Relocate to Wisconsin : SOLD...Happy Hanson Home Buyer in Oconomowoc,WI

SOLD...Happy Hanson Home Buyer in Oconomowoc,WI

How we LOVE those "happily ever after" endings....and the closing on this cute home with HUGE Oconomowoc for our buyer is just the start for her...She fell in Franklin Porch in Oconomowoclove with the front porch...and Victorian flavored decorating throughout the house.

Mmmm..hardwood floors....a cozy kitchen with an island and plenty of counter and storage space. The Sellers had converted the former built in ironing board space to a liquor and wine cabinet...HUGE backyard compliments this home...and compliments to our buyer who was truly a joy to work with throughout this transaction.

Oconomowoc is a Waukesha county people not from our part of the looks like a mouthful to is simpler than it looks Oh Con Oh Mow  Walk. We have many cities, towns and villages that were named by Indian tribes. Oconomowoc was named by the Potowatomi Indians...and the word means "Waterfall" most likely due to the proximity of the lakes in the area.

If you or anyone you know is looking to Sell or buy a home in Waukesha county...Call the Hansons....we are honored to be of service.

I was a little disappointed to find that the Hansons sold another nice house.  I was expecting to see a teepee.  But no...

Thinking further, a teepee is probably pretty easy to inspect.

Congrats on the great work you did for your buyer in Oconomowoc.

(Though, I must confess I would have a hard time selling real estate in Wisconsin because I would be able to spell the names of these towns!  )

Good morning Sally K. & David L. Hanson ,

Congratulations on another home sold in Oconomowoc! I'm sure your buyer is thrilled with her lovely new home! I like @Gabe have no clue on how to pronounce your towns and I should after growing up in Schenectady N.Y.
