"I Can't Get No....Satisfaction...." Tune Today

   Whether we are on the Buyer or the Seller side of the representation....a Lender, Realtor, no satisfactionAppraiser...Coach, Vendor, Contractor.....every profession will have some people somewhere who use the "I Can't Get No Satisfaction" mantra throughout the transaction.

    Buyers may find that every room is not the size, condition, color, that they would have chosen. The layout is not quite their taste...too much yard in the front and not enough in the back.   

  furnace Sellers look at the new roof, shiny new furnace and efficient hot water heater and can't understand the comments from Buyers that the kitchen is not updated when they have been meticulous in the maintenance of the house.

     Lenders have their patience tried when Buyers send the required pre-qualificatiion paperwork piece meal amd without the Buyer's understanding that the BIG picture is required with third party documentation of earnings and assets.

         Realtors explain to BOTH  buyers and sellers....what the term..."the market decides" means...houses are priced for what they have not for what they have not...what Buyers value not expected maintenance and not always a custom design and "unique" features.

     noNo Satifaction is no Realty Reality in the thought process of expectations of the people in the transaction.  Yes yes yes....please proceed with a positive frame of mind...but be realistic about what satisfaction means in real estate.    Sally and David Hanson are honored to provide as much satisfaction as realtiy allows in all things real estate in southeastern Wisconsin.

Hi Sally.  Dealing with negative people is a tough.  They don't want to be happy or satisfied.

For many selling or buying is more emotional which is a big part of the problem. Reality on "what the market will bare" is just not comprehended!

Sally and David many times the reason why a Buyer "can't get no satisfaction" is because they have unrealistic expectations and have to come down to reality in order to get satisfaction.
