Help Make Silent Auctions a Screaming Success for Charities...

   presents
We regularly participate in fund raising efforts for a number of charitable organizations.  Many of them have Silent Auctions as a part of the evening's festivities.   There are a number of ways you can help make your donation yield a greater contribution to your charity of choice.

Shop Seasonally   - Post season sales on eveything

from picnic coolers to ornaments and decore for

every holiday at 50-75% off stretch your dollars and

make that purchase twice the value to the charity.

You know when annual events are held...get an

               extra decoration...a summer something...a spring

silk bouquet or arrangement and keep it for the

               appropriate event.

     Certificate Collections  Be creative...when

you are dining at restaurants lgift certificatesocally, ask the

               owner/manager  if they will

               sell you a gift  certificate

                at a discount...and  make a

                 basket and title it....

"The Taste of your Town" with an attractive

                 plateful of certificates.

Pamper Presents   a collection of products

and services...a massage and body oils, mani/pedi

              combinations with lotions and potions...invite

your favorite places to help you participate in

             the donation and credit them.

Cater to Cats  and Defer to Dogs

Everyone loves pet presents...a bed filled with

petstoys, treats, leashes, groomer certificates...

                a well received item !

Be creative....be generous...know how very much your time and thoughtful dollars are appreciated.

A part of  the commision from every one of our  transactions is donated to two charities...Give back generously...it's a part of being a part of your community !

Hi Sally.  If anybody can make the buffalo on a nickel say ouch it is you.  That way the charities get the most out of the money give to them.  Nothing to do with you being a tightwad just a great buyer for charities.

We participate with auctions all the time, especially for charity events. It usually ends up being a fun evening.
