Great Expectations was a great classic Book....and it occurs to us that as Realtors and Lenders..Stagers...and with many professionals in our industry...that is the theme of our chosen career field.
Sellers have the expectation that their house will sell for the price that will bring them a check at closing. We know as Realtors...that is our goal and our duty to stay on top of the market and be realistic in pricing a home. If the market changes and prices fall...we have an obligation to report the market condition to the Sellers.
Buyers have to add a touch of reality and know that not everything will be as they would have chosen it...from the colors of the walls to size of the bathroom...every house won't match every "requirement" on a wish list of features.
Realtors, the days of waiting for the phone to ring are gone...UNLESS and until you have planted the seeds of lead generation that will bring you business.
Stagers..What have you done to make the value of your service known to both Realtors and Sellers ...Both target markets are important to the growth of your business.
Lenders if you think that sending our an email newsletter is all you need to do to have your calendar full of appointments...think again...What makes you different...why should buyers choose you....Realtors refer you ?
