Relocate to Wisconsin : Lakeside Inn In Mukwonago, WI....Always A Special Occasion

  Years ago while taking a listing in Mukwonago, we stumbled across a sign in a wooded area that pointed to a winding residential road of well kept homes...Lakeside Inn and following the arrow took us to the shores of Upper and Lower Phantom Lake and Lakeside Inn.  The area once settled by the Potawatomi Indians, has 2 Lakes, Lower Phantom is 433 acres with a maximum depth of 12 feet and summers see boats dotting the water fishing for bluegill, largemouth bass, walleye and northern Pike. Upper Phantom lake has a maximum depth of just over 30 feet and the Lakeside Inn is on the channel between the two lakes.

    Strolling in to the quaint little restaurant, you are likely to be greeted by Bob the Bartender with a quick smile and wit to match ready to pour or mix whatever your pleasure while you either sit at the bar or a table in the adjoining dining room. We have a favorite table...Zooey is our waitress....and we peruse the selections offered to patrons by owner/chef Troy....every night there is one "All you Can Eat" selection.  Served Tuesday - Sunday, you will be treated to a selection of steaks, ribs, chops, seafood and Italian specialties. Everything is made to order....and Saturdays is prime rib night.....your choice of preparation for this mouthwatering cut includes the "normal", cajun or a personal favorite, char broiled ...picture perfect and a tasty entree that will keep you coming back for more.  The Veal dishes are outstanding...we have tried them all...marsala, parmesan, cutaletta...try some chicken...smothered in mushrooms...or what lots of people call the best Spiedini this side of Italy.....there really is something for everyone.
