Sally & David: What a charming home. I love the setting... very serene... love the trees. I like a split-level set-up in a home. It's a great way to combine privacy, but still have things kind of "tied together." Best of luck in your marketing efforts.
PS... I see you are CDPE certified. How worthwhile do you feel that particular course was for you ?
