Where to go for the highest and best information ?
- Go to the source....see how the company explains themselves; their philosophy, their education, their business model, compensation
- Talk to other agents who are already agents at the broker you are considering...why are they there ? What benefit do they see to being with this broker ?
- Go ahead and google....and look at what industry leaders who are NOT with any broker have to say about the reputation....the future...the image of the broker(s) you are considering...
- Look for the most recent information you can find...the latest possible statistics....who is "on the grow and in the know"
We found the answers we wanted....we feel we have found the Highest and Best...asking or listening to the competition....not the highest and best and often not accurate. What would their very vested interest in showcasing the advantages of being with another broker...there would be none.
