We were talking to agents about how excited we are to be at Keller Williams...what the brokerage has to offer...what it has meant to us. "We can hear it in your voice !" they said....we can't help it....we don't want to...this business model...the oportunity....just can't stay awake long enough to take in every class there is...and it's like going to the candy store of higher real estate education...hard to choose what to do first !

What a great analogy "Like a kid in a candy store". I feel the same way about my brokerage. It took me a while to find the home that was perfect for me but now that I have, I would not change brokerages for all the candy in the world. Have a great day.
You should like where you are Barb...and that's great...we just have always kept an eye open to what's new...and this was a WOW....Good for you Christine...pass the licorice and have a handful of malted milk balls....there is nothing like the sweet high of finding a place that feels good !
Keller just came to our area a few years back and I really like some of their agents, I am glad you are happy where you work because it makes it fun.
There's nothing more important than finding the brokerage firm (manager/ owner) that supports you in your business. Who believes in the things you do.
I left my 1st brokerage when my broker and I didn't see eye to eye on the way I want to run my business. We parted in happy ways, we just had some differences in opinion. Still in good terms though. A good broker will let you do.

Sometimes it isn't a case of being unhappy....you just never know how Ecstatic you can be...the difference is night and day to us...Love what you do, Love where you are...it doesn't get any better !
You guys know I'm a KW gal, and I counldn't agree more! I also agree if you don't like where you're working, you really can't work effectively.
I'm presuming that Keller Williams is okay with kitty cats.
