The other day we had the pleasure of showing homes throughout the greater Milwaukee and Waukesha area to some transferrees from West Virginia. As we toured different homes the buyers quizzed us about how far away was his employment, the school, cultural and social activities, lakes in the area, etc. We are always armed with maps, we do one for each home to show the distance to the place of employment. No matter where they wanted to go throughout two counties...nothing was more than 20 minutes away. The buyers were ecstatic ! It's a big small town...with everything anyone would want....sunshine, snow....cultural activities, lakes, fantastic school systems, glorious parks and recreation facilities.
Our closing gift to these new residents of the Badger State (among others) will be a clock with "20's" at each number for their rec room...what fun !
