THEN.....This morning...Arizona has to wait to clean out his deceased Mother's home, Missouri thinks maybe she'll just rent a while...Oklahoma hasn't put her house on the market...Michigan may not move at all as he can't sell his house.....

You are absolutely right. Until you see the settlement check, it's all speculation. I love relocating home buyers but our prices are so high more and more of them are renting.
Just getting into the relocation market since I've been working on my web site, but am finding that you have to keep a lot of irons in the fire to make sure that some of them pay off.

long lasting irons....and make sure you have a good drip campaign to stay in touch....as an experienced relo person and having had a website a number of years....8-12 months is not unusual...hang in there !
I was told by one of my brokers don't count your commission check until has been in your account for 10 days. Never know could bounce one day - lol
The first part he meant, but the 10 days was just to scare me - It worked
