The Village has a median family income is $66,136; we were unable to locate current median home values but our experience would say that few homes were priced under $200,000 and the Village has but one condo complex with one bedroom units and those sell for under $100,000 with outdoor parking and a community laundry room.
SCHOOLS Hales Corners is a part of the Whitnall School District which also has students from parts of Franklin and Greenfield. The Village maintains a library with a variety of volumes for readers of all ages.
SHOPPING The large central shopping is on highway 100 or 108th Street. Two major grocery stores, a discount department store and a variety of shops, hair dressers, nail salons, and restaurants can be found throughout this retail district.
HEALTH SERVICES There are a variety of clinics and private practice offices throughout the Village of Hales Corners. As a part of Milwaukee County, it is adjacent to an area of over 1,000 clinics and 18 hospitals.
