Thanks Roy...keep your immune system up and your germs out !
Sally ad Dave, Janice broke the code for the flu cure. Now, if they can bottle it and market it. Interesting, thanks for reblogging.
Maybe we should start a cookbook...cure book ...never know what you will find in the Rain !
Based on this list, I should be pretty safe. I eat all these foods on a regular basis. I'm feeling pretty confident now!

Very good list,
Don't know that I'll be popping these into my mouth.. but a good vitamin pill and extra C might be the way that I go.

Give me a big bowl of homade mushroom soup....ahhh...the carrot, squash thing...not sooo much...I am with you on the vitamins !
Hi Sally & David:
I love soup...there's nothing like a nice bowl of soup for lunch.
Great way to get your nutrition & to stay healthy.
WE love making it from scratch......sooo much less sodium...yum !
Sally & David - Your illustrations are mouth-watering. I am now on anti-biotics for my cold and could not even call short sale lenders today. That is very bad :(
50 mg chelated zinc daily.
We'll add it to the vitamin list right away !
Juice, juice, juice, juice, juice, juice, and juice. And when you finish your juice, have some more juice. I regularly load up on grapefruit juice, grape juice, orange juice, apple juice, and strawberry/banana/white grape juice. Much healthier than coffee, Coke, etc. Of course, when I'm good each day in downing my juice, I reward myself with some margarita juice! LOL
Ah....breakfast of champions with a kick !
