     Sooo,...the squirrel is stuck in the chimney, the red wine punch got spilled on the dining room carpeting, the new lot needs landscaping, the asphalt driveway should  be sealed before listing....and the list goes on...and chances are you just don't have a contractor you want to stake your reputation for retrieving squirrels...is that your problem Bunky  ?  Weep no more ! Angie's List  to the rescue !  Go to the site and find over 250 categories of LOCAL contractors AND their rated services....and recommend with confidence knowing that 20,000 people a month visit Angie's site.Angie's List ...over 5,000 people a month file reports that look like this:

   You may even be able to save your customer or client some money with coupons offered by the contractor. You can keep your subscription and let your sphere think  you have a handle on every home repair or remodeling job on earth...OR...you can share your secret and have them subscribe. I don't know if the cost varies by market...here it is $5.95 a month and a discount for a year's membership. After they have thanked you a gazillion times for the well recommended contractor...ask them to rate you in the section for realtors and you have just found another source for referrals !  ENJOY !

I love Angie!  I give a one-year subscription as a settlement present.  One great thing, they aren't really "your" contractors!  The ones with lots of high ratings are unlikely to goof up, but if they do, it doesn't reflect on the agent.

Sally & David,  Excellent, topic and Patricia thats a great idea. I email interesting information from their monthly ebooks to clients.
