Wow....there are just soooo many very cool things about being an agent with Keller Williams that is unlike working for any other brokerage in the greater Milwaukee/Waukesha area...and maybe on earth !
When you are a Keller agent...you don't just get to watch the sellers get their check....and any disbursement checks in a pile that appear on the closing statement...YOU actually get paid...right then !
No more..."the check is in the mail"....."We don't cut checks on ______(name the day)", the accounting department took the day off....Suzy in bookkeeping was sick...You must have missed the interoffice mail pick up"....the excuses can be many....the delays can be lengthy....

Sally and David - You are so right. There is no reason an agent needs to wait days to get compenstated from their hard work. At our office, an agent gets their commission check at settlement, can deposit in the bank that day and often get compensated that day as well ! At the very latest would be the next day. Is great you have that in place as well. I have heard in other places and offices that it takes up to a week ! How crazy is that ?
THAT is when it's allllll about the broker....and in this market with the exception of Keller Williams, that IS what it's about
