  This week we were interviewed by an investor....the interview was lengthy and thorough...what was our experience...in great detail.  We felt an instant connection....and the meeting lasted twice as long as any of us antiipated.  The lead investor was from out of state and was flying on the next day to do work in other markets.

    We were curious....was it our Active Rain participation...our shiny new website...my new thinner figure...What was the attraction out of the thousands of realtors in the most densely populated part of the state...why did they choose us to interview for the very important buyers' position...AND want a buyer agency...our advice on the market..our suggestions for agents in other markets who could help them to profitably grow their portfolio....maybe it was that last trip to Ali at Glo 10 that keeps my goldi locks...golden....we HAD to know....what attraction was in action ?
