We have been overwhelmed by the response to our invitation to learn more about what Keller Williams has to offer an agent...to some agents...the education foundation of the company was enough by itself to peak their interest....to others it was the technology....there is a commission structure unlike any other in the market...there is the agent driven philosophy.....and oh yes...the profit sharing....a good part but not necessarily at the top of every list...it IS the frosting !
The response has been sooo great and everyone goes in different directions at different times so know that we will have more of these informative meetings...soo much to tell....soooo much to learn.....If you are one of the agents who just wants to know what you don't know....and is eager to learn....we're happy to let you know when our next meeting will be scheduled and can arrange an individual meeting at your convenience.

Hi Sally and David, I sat through an interview a few years back with KW. Got a free copy of the book and read it from front to back in a couple days. (I am not a reader). If you want to look up a little history on how the philosphy came about for the Keller Williams philosophy then plug in the name "Art Williams" into the google monster. Keller Williams has been set up almost step by step identical to Art Williams' odl A.L. Williams life insurance sales force model. I was a member of that team when i was 19 (now 41) and I can tell you that there is a lot of history there. More off , despite what the nay sayers say about the KW model, it will keep producing riches. Good Luck and have a Great Weekend.
