Do people get up earlier in Vernon, Wisconsin, than they do in Sacramento? I ask because our open houses on Sundays are typically held from 2 to 4 PM. You know, first you go to church, then Sunday brunch and then you go look at open houses. It's a Sunday thing to do.
YUP.....we are earlier risers....this is the catch em on the way home from church and before or after brunch crowd....good attendance usually and then a half hour or hour before the next one,,,we usually only do an hour and a half but with a first time...we do 2....and sometimes with us both if we have had a lot of calls so no one slips thru the sidewalk cracks....we did a short sale open (this one is not...) and had 40 people storm the place....what fun !
