You Have the Referral....Now What do you Do ?

  We refer Buyers and Sellers and get referrals on a veMoving Vanry regular basis.  Sometimes it is someone in our sphere who knows someone who is "moving back to their roots" and needs to sell a home in another state.  There is sometimes a desire to be near children that have moved from the area and we introduce out Sellers to the new Buyer agent.  Job transfers...reasons vary...the goal is always the same.  To find the best agent that suits our transferring Buyers or Sellers needs and will give them the kind of first class service they deserve for all things real estate where they may be located.

      In  addition to the care and service we provide to the transferring Buyer or Seller...we believe tht communication is important to and from the Agent who Referralaccepted the Referral as well.  We are not looking to manage the listing...or assist on the tour of perspective homes in an area we don't know at all....what we ARE feeling is necessary is communication.   Ms/Mr Referred Agent....Did you list the house...OR Have you taken that Buyer on a tour of the area ?  We handed you a piece of business you would not otherwise have had...We are trusting you with a relationship that we have nurtured for a long time.

      Mum is never the word....You need not communicate daily, weekly....you do need to ...hmmmm...let us know that you connected...that there has been some progress made in buying or selling...'Remember us ?  We are the ones who gave you the business.
